All of the staff were amazing I have never travelled solo before and this was the perfect place to go. The staff went over and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I had a welcome letter waiting for me in my room, I had fruits and water. Oh I just love the hotel and staff and will be making this my go to hotel from now on when I visit Istanbul. From needing a transfer to take me shopping and even just getting advice from the staff was 10/10 thank you for making my stay safe and comfortable!

I recently stayed at Bricks Hotel while recuperating from nose surgery, and it was nothing short of perfect. The rooms were amazing - clean and incredibly comfy beds. The staff was super friendly and took excellent care of me. What's more, their 24/7 service, including ice delivery, made my recovery easier. The food at the hotel's restaurant was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. The location was spot-on for me, with my doctor's clinic at Atakoy Towers just a 5-minute walk away and Memorial Hospital within 10 to 15 minutes on foot. Everything I needed was close by. In a nutshell, Bricks Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone recovering from surgery. With great rooms, friendly staff, 24/7 service, delicious food, and a convenient location, it gets a well-deserved 5/5 stars from me. Highly recommended!

If you are traveling for work, the hotel is very good. I was for the Hardware fair and the hotel was just 10min away with taxi. If you're a tourist, I don't reccomend because there are no tourist attractions around and the nearest is 25min drive with car. Avoid Taxis with any cost, or if you find one, always ask for taxi meter, otherwise you will be discussing in Turkish for the price.

The staff are beyond great, they are very helpful and will support you in anything you need on all levels! The room was spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was top notch!

It is difficult to explain what I liked in this hotel. Actually, I liked everything; I just felt pity that I did not manage to enjoy their spa. I must mention that the hotel management confirmed my very late check out (around 15.00) without any additional charge! Such a service you won't find easily anywhere around the world.

Nice large room with good bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities and fresh fruit provided Staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and super good coffee shop / bistro connected to the hotel, with easy access via hotel lobby.

The staff was amazing and especially the cleaning lady: Mine. Lovely and caring, always available to help. Ismail (The piccolo) was also a special to us. In general, all the employees were on high level.

Staff at the hotel where very accommodating and friendly. Beds were fantastic. Towels and bedding, if required changed on a daily basis. Nothing to not really like. Recommend 😀

Wonderful hotel with great staff! The hotel has wonderful underground parking. The reception staff are true professionals, ready to help immediately. Spacious, clean rooms, excellent working air conditioning. I recommend this hotel, we will definitely come again🩵
